what is your standard turn around time?

Our standard production time is 3–5 business days.
Larger orders may take a bit more time to complete. If that happens, we’ll reach out with updated timelines and discuss shipping options — including sending items in stages as they’re finished.

what happens after i place an order?

Once your order is confirmed, the Infinity Wrapz crew gets to work!
If your order includes custom items and we have all the details we need, our design team will create a proof for you to review and approve.
If we need any additional info, one of our team members will reach out to get everything sorted — then your proof will be on the way!

can i create my own decal or wrap and send in the artwork?

Absolutely! We’ll send you a design-only template so you can position your design exactly how you want it. Once you’re done, we’ll align it perfectly on the print template for your specific model before production begins.

what are the shipping costs?

Shipping prices vary by carrier and delivery timeline. You’ll see shipping options at checkout before finalizing your order.

what surfaces can infinity wrapz be applied to?

Our wraps are dry-install only — never apply to a wet surface.
Most decals remove cleanly without leaving sticky residue. If a little residue remains, simply use an alcohol-based cleaner to remove it.
We don’t recommend applying wraps or decals to:

• Painted vehicles

• Drywall

• Painted or stained wood

• Fabrics that go through hot wash and dry cycles
